We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your charter booking, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@auroraofibiza.com or by phone. Cancellation charges may apply depending on when the cancellation is received relative to the charter date. Full details of our cancellation terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions (Section 9).

As a general guide:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the charter: deposit forfeited, no further charge.
  • Cancellations made 30–60 days before the charter: 75% of the Charter Fee is due.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the charter: 100% of the Charter Fee is due.

We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.

Modifications and Date Changes

We are happy to accommodate date changes where possible, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 30 days before your charter date. A small administrative fee may apply. Requests made within 30 days of the charter date are treated as cancellations.

Cancellation Due to Weather

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions make it unsafe to depart, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include rescheduling to an alternative date or receiving a full refund. The decision on whether conditions are safe for departure rests solely with our Skipper.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. For any questions regarding refunds or cancellations, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
